I've been known to wear a number of different hats, and two weeks, ago I tried a new one on for size. I recently joned the staff at Best Western Duncanville, a little jewel tucked away behind Luby's. I had never before worked for the hospitality industry (waiting tables when I was 17 doesn't really count, huh?), so I didn't really know what to expect. But 14 days later, I am pleasantly surprised.
I get to work alongside a group of new people everyday -- businesspeople, travelers, baseball players, brides-to-be -- whoever may be driving through or stopping by Duncanville, TX. So while I am still the new girl, it's not so bad, because everyday I get to meet someone else who is just as new. And that's just one of the many reasons, I am pretty happy with the switch to Best Western.
